First, we make sure we can serve you well.
Every request is personally reviewed for route density and operational fit. During our initial launch, approval may take several weeks. That deliberate pace helps us open reliable, efficient neighborhood routes.
No payment during route review. Payment details are saved securely with Stripe, but no charge is made until Wellprest confirms route approval and service activation.

Does exploring membership start service?
No. Submitting a membership request starts no membership, service, or charge. We will confirm availability and terms before activation.
Can I change or pause?
Once active, membership plan changes, pauses, and cancellations require seven days’ notice.
Does unused capacity roll over?
No. Your reserved weekly capacity is specific to that service week.
What if I miss pickup?
Once service is active, a customer-caused missed pickup remains paid because route capacity was reserved.
